Our Mission
Our mission is Developing Excellence On and Off the Field. We are empowering athletes, enriching lives and propelling them to their greater purpose.
After coaching players who had a desire to play at the highest level, Coach George quickly recognized the need for an environment that helped these players excel at a rapid pace. The idea of creating an academy that would specialize in training soccer players was born. Focusing on player development, our curriculum at Striker Elite emphasizes technical skills, tactical awareness, mental toughness, character, leadership and confidence.
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2014, Striker Elite LLC has expanded into a full-blown operation, training hundreds of players in Las Vegas, Nevada and St George, Utah. Striker Elite LLC moved their headquarters to Phoenix, Arizona in November 2019. "This is a very exciting time for us. This is an important milestone for our team and we could not more proud and excited for the future of SE!"

Growing up around soccer, training overseas with the Dutch professional club Ajax and playing Division 1 soccer at Louisville, I know what each level looks like and what it takes to get there. In fact, the road to our training academy’s success is a testament to the perseverance we instill in Striker Elite student trainees.
Players that sign up for the Striker Elite experience not only receive top tier fundamental footwork and striking training from former professional players and coaches, but also gain a support system that works to make them a more creative and confident player for life. Where soccer clubs work on the team component, Striker Elite specializes in the individual development of each player at every age and every level.

Based out of Phoenix, Arizona: Striker Elite develops confident, creative and elite players in soccer and for life. After instructing players seeking to play at the highest level, Coach George quickly recognized the need for an environment that helped these players excel at a rapid pace. The idea of creating an academy that would specialize in training soccer players was born. SE specializes in developing goal scoring instincts and confidence to become elite players. Our training program is designed to develop the complete player. We have current ECNL, ODP, Girls Academy, College Players at Striker Elite as well as aspiring players seeking to play professionally!

With the support of our resources, Striker Elite's CARP is unique in its design and function of helping families understand and appreciate the college recruiting process, while positioning their child to choose a school for the right reasons. We will help inspire, educate, and support players in achieving their goal of becoming a collegiate student-athlete.
